Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only.

International Orders (outside U.S.A.) Orders shipped to destinations outside of the U.S. will be shipped via Parcel Post Airmail, or by UPS International service. Delivery takes 7-10 business days.

Refund and Returns:

For sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We will credit or exchange for defective items only.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure they are working. In the event that you do receive a defective product, please contact Customer Service for return authorization. You will be given detailed instructions for return.

Defective products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
